menu is invading pages in winphone 7.8

Hello,
I just got a new mobile nokia 610 with windows phone 7.8 and IE9 but when I visit my website *Login to see link I can see it clearly except that menu items are displayed in a column on rightmost side superimposed to the page. This blocks any kind of page interactivity and menu is useless at all.
It happen with all pages. I made a test accessing to a post straight from the carousel and the page opens correctly but the menu is always displayed in weird mode and any interaction is blocked.
Is a browser incompatibility? or do I miss something in theme settings?
