Primary and Secondary Menu Config

Hello,
I would like to make some changes on my menus but can’t figure out how. I would like to have one of these two options and I would appreciate your help in achieving it:
I would like that on page scroll, the sticky menu with shrink would be composed by logo+secondary menu.
or
That primary menu would only be visible on page scroll, so that I can set primary and secondary menu to have the same content.
Another thing that I would like, would be for the secondary menu to be as large as the slider, so that there are no gaps on either side of the secondary menu/submenu. I would also like for items on submenu to be centered and the column division line to disappear.
Is this possible? Could you help me out?
