Featured Products Carousel is hidden

Hey guys, I’m running into a bug here and I’m hoping you can help me fix it
My featured product carousel is hidden behind the home widget area. It should be showing up after. If I put the carousel first, it shows up fine.
Here is a picture of what I’m talking about. You can a little sliver of the carousel on the right of the mail sign up page.
