Page Title image background resize: what is the height?

Hi, I am using Pinnacle Premium 1.3.8 with a child theme.
This is about the Page Title image, selected in Theme Options -> Page Title -> Page Header Default Background.
I think I now understand how Page Title images work in Pinnacle. So far I understand that:
– COVER: For the image to fill the whole width of the screens, I have to select “cover”. If not, some white may appear on each side of the image on certain screen size, depending of the image size I started with.
– WIDTH: The image will show its FULL WIDTH at any screen size, no matter the size of the picture I started with.
– HEIGHT: The image displayed on screens keeps a fixed number of pixel for its height (except for a very small height change on certain screen size). To achieve this, it CROPS THE HEIGHT in order to always display the full width. And it start its cropping according to background position we selected, for example, Center Center -> it will crop the top and the bottom until it reach the # of pixel in the center set by Pinnacle, Left Bottom -> it will crop starting from the top to keep the bottom, etc. Of course, if I have selected “cover”, left or right do not apply as it will show the full width.
The height on the Home Page is taller than on a regular page.
QUESTIONS:
1. Would it be possible to know what the set heights are for the home-page as well as for regular pages? According to my non-scientific eyes, there seems to be 3 or 4 different heights depending on screen width and type of page (home vs regular).
2. Would it be possible through css or .php file modifications to change the height values depending on screen size? If so, what could be the css or which file(s) should be modified?
