Icons not appearing

I purchased the pinnacle premium and I’ve many times experienced this:
The icons appear as squares. All of them. But only on desktop.
It happen a couple of times and then after a few hours it’s fine again. Any idea what this could be. As I’m using quite a lot of icons it’s really not cool that they break.
