Search bar on top and categories on the left

Hi, is it possible to create search bar visible on top middle and categories list on the left of the website such as : http://www.lazada.co.id using the feature in Virtue Premium. If it’s not possible to use the available feature, can I use any plugin to make the website similar like that? Or it needs advance manual programing on the site?
