Unable to download Virtue Premium

Hello
I purchased Virtue Premium on 25.07.15.
This morning I Have contacted my website host to increase my download capacity for my site.
I have just tried to install Virtue Premium and this message has appeared:

Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin install failed.
