Portfolio Images: Hover B&W to color?

Is it possible to make the portfolio page images appear black and white, and switch to color when hovered over? I am not sure how to implement/target it best, but I found this CSS and I am trying to make it work.. *Login to see link
Any suggestions how to do it best?
