Theme fonts and more not changing.

Hello Ben & Hannah. I am having a problem with the theme on a test site I’m building. The fonts styles are not changing. I have tried different things like deactivated all plugins and deleting and reinstalling the theme and child theme among other things. The last thing to do would be to reinstall WordPress but I wanted to know if you can take a look first because all the plugins work, the other theme functions work such as background colors, font size, etc and the site used to work fine for months.
