Footer widget compress height

Hello,
For a specific footer widget column (column 2) I have two widgets in this column. The top one is custom text and the bottom is a photo gallery. There is a fairly large blank space between the two widgets. I want to compress or delete this extra padding so the column height is smaller and more proportional to the other columns of the footer widget.
Is there custom css that can accomplish this? Site URL is *Login to see link regarding the “Featured gallery” in column 2.
