Slider forward and backward buttons are strange!

I noticed something bizarre today. On my home page, on the main home page slider, the buttons that appear to advance or rewind the slider image when the slider is moused-over have changed. Now the back button has the characters “fi” on it, and the forward button has the characters “fl” on it. This is so strange, and it just suddenly did this. Different browsers show even stranger characters. They used to just be “<” and “>” as expected.
