Demo content – broken links help

Hi
I have reset WordPress with the plugin, then activated the theme (3.1.7) and imported demo-content-1.
When clicking on a portfolio item (within a category), i get the message
Not Found
Sorry, but the page you were trying to view does not exist.
It looks like this was the result of either:
a mistyped address
an out-of-date link
I then went through the process again (reset WordPress, install theme and demo-content-2) and the same issues persists – is there a problem with the demo content?
