Smooth scroll and offset with mobile menu

Hi! Sorry to bother you again, but I’m still working on the mobile menu and scrolling issues.
Basic smooth scrolling works fine, and you also already helped me fix the offset issue when coming from a different page to an anchor link.
However, it doesn’t work on the mobile menu! It jumps to the anchor links without offset. Can you help me fix that?
