Copy pages from one site to another

Hello
I have two sites running on wordpress and Virtue
I’d like to copy ONE page from one site to another, and being able to edit later, i have rows and widgets and don’t want to start from scratch….
any tips? I’ll need to do that for a few pages, but i’d like to do it one by one
I know there is an import/export function, I just don’t want to lose data…
