WordPress 4.3: Beware! Make backup first!

I just upgraded to the new wordpress version 4.3 and received many error notices. I dont know if its only my install or if there are some incompatibilities but make sure you do a back up first, I didnt 🙁 …
Here is a few lines of the errors:
