Not displaying similar post carousel if no similar posts

Hello,
I have activated the “similar post carousel” settings for my blog. It works perfectly when there are similar posts, such as here : *Login to see link
However, when the post have not similar posts, the title of this carousel displays yet, such as here *Login to see link (similar posts = billets similaires).
Is it possible to set a rule to not display the “similar posts” carousel if there are no similar posts ?
