Reduce top padding on Primary Menu in Pinnacle

I have searched through the forum and found plenty of info on Virtue theme but nothing relevant to Pinnacle.
I am trying to reduce the top padding to get the menu higher and also, I assume, to get the drop down menu to move up as well.
I have been able to change the padding between menu items but not the height of the menu.
