Cannot upload theme into wordpress

Hi There,
I having trouble trying to upload this theme into wordpress. When i try to upload it via the themes uploader in wordpress, i get page that says Are you sure you want to do this? please try again. I get this after it uploads and attempts to install. I tried to upload the theme manually via ftp the themes folder, and it showed up in themes, however it has no css.
Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for your help in advance. I am using the newest version of wordpress. This is a fresh install with no plugins installed. Fresh out of box wordpress installation. I tried using two different computers to do it with the same results.
