Featured image doesn't show up in Blog

I have a strange situation.
Featured image in my last post doesn’t show up in Blog page:

Featured page is on the blog page, everything is the same as for other blogs BUT image doesn’t show up.
I deactivated and checked all plugins nothing happened. Issue is not there.
Any solutions?
