Virtue Premium 3.2.5 install broken

I was impressed with the free version of Virtue so I purchased the premium version. On install no stylesheet appears to load and the “theme options” menu does not load properly. It also notes “error(s) were found!” and “warning(s) were found!”
I have attempted to reinstall the theme files, redownload and re install the theme files and have disabled all plugins with no success.
The Kadence Slider plugin does not download either.
