Proceed to Checkout button — Cart Totals

The Proceed to Checkout button seems to disappear from the Cart page. When I disable the other payment gatements (Amazon, Paypal), then it appears again. Not sure if it’s just a CSS/styling error somewhere. Could you please take a look?
Also, the Cart Totals is supposed to be positioned next to the “You may be interested …” products on the Cart page, but now it is in a different section below.
