Images from gallery are shaking

Hi Ben,
after recent updates I have found a little bug in Chrome. Images from gallery are shaking on hover. example: *Login to see link
On the same page there is an embedded video. As you can see, it is loading twice. First is with original size, then second load is as responsive size. Is this is necessary to load video two times, because it slows down my page?
