trouble installing virtue premium

Hi there,
I am having trouble installing virtue premium. I select the zipped file and click on install but it just sits there doing nothing. If I do it from Chrome it tells me there is an error. I’ve been trying it for days and eventually tested by uploading and installing a different theme and had no trouble. So it is specific to Virtue Premium. Help!? My domain is frontwindow.com.au
