Revolution slider/layer repeat-x or fullwidth

Hi,
I have a problem with the Rev slider and I asked directly at their support but they said since I did not purchase the plugin directly I would need to ask my theme support.
I was wondering if you know how I can make a static layer reach across the whole screen, for example if I can set it repeat-x.
The problem I have is that I need the static layer which is just an image with a solid line go across the whole screen at every size while still being aligned properly to the regular layers. I have tried not using a static layer but using the image as the actual slider image so I can set it to repeat-x, but then the layers are not aligned properly at large screens. It is a bit difficult to explain, maybe you could take a look. Thank you so much!
