removing white space and changing the font size of call to action

Thank you for creating a great WP templates.
I am working on a new website and want to make the landing page to be all image with a call to action in the middle. The URL is wwww.wumcla-meditate.org. I want to (1) remove the white space at the top and (2) make the font size of the call to action larger. Could you help me with these requests?
By the way, I have removed the header and the menu using the following css I found in a forum post.
.home .kad-header-left, .home .kad-header-right {
display: none;
}
.page-header { display: none; }
