Primary Menu Options > error of displaying

Hello Ben,
I have enable in Theme options > Menu settings > Primary menu options, “Enable Search in Primary Menu?” AND “Make menu search results only products?” AND “Enable cart Button in Primary Menu?”.
But, like you can see here (*Login to see link they do not display in my primary menu.
Is is caused by the left/right menu ?
