Portfolio Page Does Not Display As Spec

I created a Portfolio Page and in Settings, point Front Page display to this page. Then on each page, I set them to:
Portfolio Page, Portfolio Page Options > 3 columns, Filter > Yes, Show all Portfolio Work, Sort by Menu Order.
In Home page Layout, enabled Full Portfolio. (if I remove this, the page is blank and does not display any posts).
What it is displaying are the images in 4 columns (not 3 as spec) without the portfolio type, but in the right order.
I checked each post, and they have been assigned a category.
So I’m not sure what went wrong.
