Related Products not showing up

Hi,

Related Products not showing up.
I searched the forum for a similar thread but the one started by Vu (requires 6 products to show up instead of 5) is not really the same.

5 products belonging to the same Category, but only 1 is showing up in the other 4.
product 1 – product 5 shows up
product 2 – product 5 shows up
product 3 – product 5 shows up
product 4 – product 5 shows up

product 5 – no related products showed up

I have tried these steps but they all do not work:

1) shortcode you provided to someone previously;

.woocommerce-tabs:after {
content: ‘ ‘;
clear: both;
display: table;
}

2) Checked the “Show Related Products” to Yes in Shop settings.
3) Double checked the Categories and they all belong to the same group.
4) Deactivated plugins except for woocommerce.

Please help.
