Select field style change

Hello my friends,
i try to change the class about the site: *Login to see link
The Color of the background from the arrow has to be changed to the color Orange like: *Login to see link
That Pulldown is already orange.
Also i want to use the dropdown style like: *Login to see link
Can somebody help me with this.
The class is now:
