Changes made in Theme options don't show up after refreshing screen

I have made several chances in the theme options. But the thing is they don’t show in the website (sometimes it does most of the times it doesn’t). I have tried in safari and in Chrome, clear the cash, throw away plug-ins but nothing works. Have you any idea what i’m doing wrong?
I’m using the Pinnacle Premium
