why wrong permalink?

I’m pretty new to WordPress so I will need a “Virtue for dummies response” to my problem:
At first my automatic permalinks looked ok, just the way I want them:
http://www.hubschvinhandel.se/vara-viner/rose-2013 (example)
Then, all of a sudden, all my portfolio posts became:
http://www.hubschvinhandel.se/portfolio/rose-2013
I started searching. Under portfilo navigation options I at first had chosen “vara viner”. Then I tried to override it by choosing “vara-viner” as my portfolio permalink base. Even when resaving the permalink names of some portfoliao options it didn’t work. I had to put our site on maintenance and change it back! Nothing worked. But I want to get it right since it affects all my links on for example social media! And google doesn’t like when I change the url all of the time! = BAD
Under wordpress settings I have: *Login to see link
What do I do wrong?!
