Validation and CSS errors and warnings

Hi,
I seem to be getting alot of html and css errors and warnings that I’m concerned may be hampering my seo efforts. Many seem to be related to our theme (associated sliders, etc). Can you advise how I would tackle/correct them? I’ve provided my homepage as an example below. I’d really appreciate your help.
