Menu fonts, other Menu attributes

Hi again,
My menu fonts changed to size 11, and for the life of me I can not change them back…
Also background etc changed (orange bg now) and so did all current and hover attributes.
Menu Settings and any CSS I insert do not change a thing.
Would like it to look like your “blog style” demo (a little bigger font though).
Tried to search your support and could not find anything that worked for me…
