Can´t save changes

Hi!
I´ve installed pinnacle premium, + demo content+ kandace style 03.
When I make changes in customize i can see them, but when i go to see the site it goes back to where it was. Again when I change things in theme options I can´t even see the changes even though when i look either on customize or theme options the changes i set are still there!
Don´t undertand. Need help please.
