I cannot reach my homepage for editing

My web site is: *Login to see link and I use virtue premium.
1. After changing the settings of the “Huge IT Image Gallery” plugin, strange things were appeared on my site. I could not open the main page for editing, menus were corrupted and page ranking has changed. When the application is deactivated, the problems getting better. Whhen it is activated, same problems are happening again. I deleted and reinstall the plugin, but the problems did not improve. Similar problems are now occured with “easy FaceBook like button” plugin. I can not use these plugins. What do you recommend? Deleting the “Virtue premium”, reinstall the zip file and update is appropriate for me?
2. In the settings, I activated the breadcrumbs, but it did not not appear in the pages. Is the problem linked to the previous question?
