New products not showing up in Related products

Recently I have noticed that newly added products do not show up in the related products scroll at the bottom. I had a product that was doing this and then I ran the latest update and all of a sudden it showed up.
Today I added another product and it is not showing up. I there a way I can “refresh” the products or something I can do to make this work?
Newly added product today was the Kent PF10 brush.
