pinnacle logo centered with left right menu – spacing problem

i have three items in my left menu and 3 items in my right menu
i have set the header in the theme option to be centred with menu on left and right and the logo is set to 33%, but i cant seem to get my menu items to fix on the left or the right, and i cant seem to change the padding in between each menu item either to reduce the space
any ideas
