Selecting Category for Portfolio Category Grid Page

Hi there,
I’m trying to create a page that displays portfolio items from only one category. I created a new page and selected “Portfolio Category Grid,” but I don’t see an option to select the category that I want to use, and currently I’m not seeing any content on the page.
