Centering PayPal button + Did you get the book?

Dear Kadence…Maybe Ben in particular…

I promised I’d send you my book “Life in the Laugh Lane” since you’re such splendid folks. Did it come? I’m in Thailand so it probably took a while but should have gotten there by now.

My question is very simple, I’m sure. I’ve made a PayPal donation button that works, but I cannot get it to align center in the Visual Box on the page. I’ve placed it twice on one page. AND, it also creates a rather large space above itself in the box. Maybe you can tell me how, or some other way to put it into the layout so it can be more centered right to left and top to bottom.
