Topbar menu, dropdown alignment and image in menu?

Was hoping you could help with this:
– The submenu is not aligned correctly under “Outside the USA?” menu in the topbar.
– Is there any way I could insert a flag image of the country in the submenu instead of text?
– Can I change “Your Cart” to nothing? So it will just show the basket and the $0.00
