date in meta description

I am not sure if it is really part of the support but I just want to be sure that it is not related to the theme.
I can’t get ride of the date in the meta description in SERPS. I use Yoast and i think i have tried everything to hide the date but nothing change.
Did i miss an option for that in the theme, or do you have a solution : a plugin, a code to add or maybe changing something in the code without destroying everything?
