Hello,
I have purchased the Virtue Premium Theme and downloaded it to my computer from ‘My Account’, however, when I try to install it, I get this error:

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT(-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir signature
