Video Covering Top Menu

I Think I found a bug on Pinnacle.
When adding a video (YouTube embedded) at the top of a post, then the drop down TOP MENUE (Primary Navigation Menu) is being covered by VIDEO image. Therefore visitors can not see the drop down section of the top menu properly. I think that the drop down top menu, should show on top of the video.
