Topbar widght wont make it 800px

Hey there.
I’ve been struggeling with making my topbar width:100%; or the width:800px; but when i but this CSS into the advanced styling nothing happens?
@media (min-width: 992px)
.col-md-6, .col2-set .col-1, .col2-set .col-2, .span6 {
width: 100%;
}
What to do???
