distorted 'top menu' at footer 'resources'

I added ‘Resources’ with a ‘top menu’. But it seems not like a menu but the content of menu is in 1 line, and listed at bottom of page (not same as resources at bottom of this page).
- The forum ‘Virtue Theme’ is closed to new topics and replies.
