mountain over the width of my page just above the footer

Hello and sorry for the strange topic text.
Can someone please explain to me how I can get the picture over the full length of the screen just above the footer and just below latest from blog.
I have searched and tried many things, but I can’t seem to find it.
To clarify a little bit, I don’t want the read more button, I just would like that picture of that mountain (I will put another of course) over the width of my page.
I did not use the page builder to create my home page, i used theme options and home layout.
