wp-admin problem

Hi,

My website has been running properly for a long time without fixes.
But last month, I’ve been noticing difficulties to access my admin panel. Waiting for ages to access one menu. At the same time a recent problem came : I couldn’t create a gallery with more than 5 images.

I’ve been contacting my 1and1 host to create my php.ini and run a script.
my php.ini contains :
safe_mode = off;
upload_max_filesize = 10M;
post_max_size = 10M;
memory_limit = 128M;
max_input_vars = 10000;

So I think it’ll work, but not sure. Not sure because my admin panel is still very very slow, bugging some times.
The strange fact is that I can work in my wp-admin from my smartphone without a problem.

I don’t understand where it can come from, desactivating all my plugins didn’t change a thing, so I just left the basics to let my website look normal.
If you have any idea that can help be I’ll be happy.

PS : I have to point the fact that I don’t have adsl at home, my internet connection comes from an Astra satellite, my provider is Nordnet, I live and work in France. I know for a fact that downloading is not a priority with that kind of connection, it always freezes and start back to beginning to give more broadband to normal surfing, I also know that till i don’t have a place to work in a city I’ll have to stick to my 648kbps…
