Entire Page Parallax

I am trying to create a parallax that will become the background for my entire home page like in this example *Login to see link
Scroll halfway down the page and there is a static, faded image in the background then there is a text/image box with a white background but then when you scroll further down you can see the continuation of the background image for the next section. How do I accomplish this?
