Logo size for mobile

Hi,
Thank you for your beautiful theme!
I am building in Pinnacle Premium for a client and wonder how I can make the page logo (png file) in mobile display smaller (say 30%). I already set the logo container width to 16% in the Theme options > Logo options. That works fine for desktop, but on mobile the logo is way too big.
Same goes for the mobile menu icon.
Can I adjust these through the Theme options > custom CSS panel (mobile display only)?
