Images of latest posts section black and white

I was wondering, if you could provide me a code which makes it possible that the images of my latest posts section are black and white. Without me having to make the images black and white, because thats not what I want. The featured image in the post should still be colored.
And maybe another code which makes the images turqouise (like the hover of my image menu)?
